DELIVERY
Our delivery charge will be calculated automatically as you order, dependent on the size and weight of your parcel. If you wish to ask a question regarding delivery, please email us at info@norfolkhomeandgarden.com with subject 'Delivery'. Please allow up to 7 days for your delivery, although it will usually arrive in 2-5 working days (please see below for . If the item you require is marked 'Out of stock' but you would still like to place the order, please email us at info@norfolkhomeandgarden.com with subject 'Stock availability'.
Your delivery will be made by Royal Mail or one of our nominated couriers, depending on the size of the order. A signature will be required for all deliveries.
COLLECTIONS
If you live near Hunstanton or Wisbech it may be possible for you to collect your order if you wish. Please email us at info@norfolkhomeandgarden.com with subject 'collection'. Please note that we do not have a shop or showroom. These are purely collection points for local customers.
DELIVERY OF LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS
Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of large or heavy items which will be marked LARGE/HEAVY-see delivery . These items may be delivered on a large vehicle so please bear in mind that the delivery address must have suitable access for a large vehicle. If you are unsure, or would like to speak to us about this please email us with your query at info@norfolkhomeandgarden.com with the subject 'Delivery' and include your telephone number if you would like us to phone you.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase from Norfolk Home and Garden but should you need to return an item please note the following:
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by telephone or email Products should reach us within 14 days of receiving the goods in perfect condition and with the original packaging. Please email info@norfolkhomeandgarden.com with subject 'Returns' and we will email a returns form to you. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit, and that a completed Returns Form is included in the parcel. Please note that replacements for damaged goods will not be despatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse. Should you need to return a product from outside mainland UK, please email info@norfolkhomeandgarden.com with subject 'Returns from abroad'. For the return of large items marked there will be a charge of £45.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We do our very best to describe our products as accurately as possible and to show accurate photos. As many of our products are made from natural products such as wood, there will be slight variations in colour. Our wood carvings and furniture from Indonesia are all hand made, the grain of the wood may vary, and each piece is unique. This is part of the appeal and charm of these products for most of our customers. Other examples are our birdhouses which are hand painted, and our fairies which are hand finished.
